FrostRoster from the inside

These are real screens of the tool, captured with made-up data. It is not an interactive trial: to try it, create a free account.

  1. The state command post

Everything pending in a single queue: upcoming events, requests to review and unanswered invitations.

State dashboard showing active players, open events, the queue of upcoming events and the requests waiting for an answer.
  2. The full roster

A hundred and twenty-five players with furnace, march and alliance, filtered how you need and with the columns you pick.

State roster table with alliance, furnace level, march capacity and last update, above a panel of filters.
  3. The player profile

Each player keeps their data once, and it travels with them when they move to another state.

A player's game account with their state, their alliance and the progress of their military profile, heroes, gear and pets.
  4. Events with real availability

Who can make it, who cannot and who stays on the bench, without chasing anyone through chat.

An SvS event call-up with participants, reserves, unavailable players and a readiness bar at eighty-eight per cent.
  5. Who joins the state

Requests land in a queue with name and date, and are approved or rejected in one click.

Queue of pending requests with the player, their game ID, the date and the approve and reject buttons.
  6. Audited exports

The file only carries the columns your role allows, and who asked for it is on the record.

Export screen with the confirmation step, the columns that will be included and the notice that the action is audited.
